Job Summary
The Client Services & Billing Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative, billing, and client service support to ensure the efficient operation of the dental laboratory. This role is responsible for generating invoices, verifying billing accuracy, coordinating case intake and delivery, maintaining accurate records in the laboratory management system, and providing professional support to the clients. The Coordinator works closely with administrative staff, technicians, and other iCAD Dental team members to ensure timely case processing, accurate documentation, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Billing & Finance
- Generate invoices and process billing accurately and on time
- Verify case details to ensure billing accuracy and completeness
- Assist with resolving billing discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams
Case Coordination
- Receive, unpack, and log incoming dental cases
- Verify case information and required documentation
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the laboratory management system
- Prepare and package completed cases for shipment
Client Communication
- Respond to clinic inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Support scheduling and coordination as needed
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate filing, scanning, and documentation systems
- Support administrative tasks across departments as required
- Assist in maintaining efficient internal workflows
- Perform other duties as assigned
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in administration, customer service, or billing (healthcare/lab environment an asset)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and invoicing
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with administrative systems and MS Office (or similar tools)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
