Signs Station & Printing is looking for a Graphic Designer / Sign Production Sign Maker to join our growing sign shop. This role is perfect for someone who understands both design and hands-on production in a fast-paced signage environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and prepare files for production (vinyl, decals, coroplast, acrylic, ACM, channel letters, etc.)
- Operate and assist with printers, plotters, laminators, and basic shop equipment
- Apply vinyl graphics to signs, windows, panels, and vehicles (experience is a plus)
- Prepare production-ready files (bleeds, cut paths, scaling, color setup)
- Assist with sign fabrication, finishing, and quality control
- Work closely with the production and installation team
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
- Experience in a sign shop or print production environment
- Strong skills in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop is a plus)
- Knowledge of large-format printing and signage materials
- Ability to measure, cut, weed, and install vinyl accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with channel letters or LED signs
- Vehicle wrap or window graphics experience
- Basic installation experience
