Position Overview: As our Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will support the Chef in overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and team leadership. Responsibilities:
- Assist in leading and motivating our kitchen team to achieve outstanding culinary results.

- Assist with inventory control and ordering to optimize food costs and minimize waste.
