We’re currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. If you’re a proven leader with a track record of success in automotive sales, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly goals
- Manage daily showroom operations to ensure a seamless and customer-focused experience
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase profitability and market share
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular performance feedback
- Train and mentor new and existing sales associates on best practices and Mazda product knowledge
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain a strong understanding of inventory, pricing, and market trends
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales management (Mazda or import brand experience preferred)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
