POSITION SUMMARY

As the E-Commerce Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be assisting with E-Commerce sales orders from beginning to end, and ensure follow through with orders received from our E-Commerce management system. This position will be based out of our Warehouse in Coquitlam.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with all E-Commerce sales orders from beginning to end: receive sales order from our E-Commerce management system, generate repeated invoice in our POS with precision, prepare and ship packages with courier services according to location of receipt;
Follow and comply with all procedures related to receiving new shipments;
Assist with preparing all outgoing shipment for inter-company transfers;
Participate in cycle inventory count;
Identify and implement best practices;
Perform other assigned duties.
