Shoeless Joe’s Sports Grill has been proudly serving the Quinte West community for the past three years from our location at Homestead Marketplace, 4 Douglas Road in Trenton. Owned and operated by Mike and Nickey Eden, our restaurant has built a reputation for its energetic atmosphere, and a strong connection to the local community.
Our 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant is home to Quinte’s largest outdoor covered patio. The 5,000 sq. ft. space features a full-service bar, comfortable lounge seating, an outdoor fire pit, massive TVs for sports viewing, a stage for live music and entertainment, and additional dining areas. We are a go-to destination for great food, live entertainment, and memorable guest experiences year-round.
Shoeless Joe’s Sports Grill in Trenton is looking for enthusiastic, dependable Servers to join our team. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in great customer service, and love being part of a team, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do to be successful:
- Welcome guests and create a friendly, positive dining experience
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks promptly while checking in on guest needs
- Provide knowledgeable menu recommendations, including food and beverage pairings
- Process payments and handle cash responsibly
- Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members during busy shifts
- Follow all food-safety, alcohol-service, and company standards
- Help create the energetic, community-focused atmosphere Shoeless Joe’s is known for
- Encourage the promotion of initiatives and contests within the restaurant
What we’re looking for:
- Previous serving or hospitality experience
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay organized and provide attentive service in a busy environment
- A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
- Availability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and game nights
- Smart Serve certification is required or must be obtained before serving alcohol
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
