Journey Industries Aluminum Welding is looking for a reliable and hardworking Welder or Welder’s Helper to join our team. We build high-quality aluminum boats and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Assist with welding and fabrication of aluminum boats and accessories
- Operate basic shop tools and equipment
- Prepare materials (cutting, grinding, cleaning)
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Follow Work Safe BC and shop safety procedures at all times
Requirements
- Welding experience is an asset (MIG/TIG preferred)
- Willingness to learn
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physically capable of shop work
