Duties
- Safely operate amusement rides and attractions according to park protocols.
- Assist guests with boarding and disembarking rides, ensuring proper safety procedures are followed.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering assistance to park visitors.
- Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude to enhance guest experience.
- Enforce park rules and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for all guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when processing tickets or merchandise sales.
- Support guest services by managing queues and providing information about park amenities.
- Assist with food service or hospitality tasks as needed to support overall park operations.
- Keep ride areas clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards.
Requirements
- Experience working with children is preferred, along with strong communication skills for public speaking and guest interaction.
- Prior customer service or guest services experience is advantageous.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse visitors.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods.
- Strong sense of safety awareness and responsibility when operating rides or assisting guests.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts as needed during the park season.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus but not required.
