We are currently seeking an outgoing and compassionate person to join our growing Client Success team in the role of Support Analyst.
#### The Role
In this role you will primarily support clients of our SmarterU and OttoLearn product offerings by quickly assessing and triaging incoming support tickets and inquiries. This role includes liaising with our Product Development team to help fix bugs or create new features for our customers.
Think of yourself as a Client Care Specialist - you will become specially skilled in the art of taking care of Neovation’s valued customers! You will juggle multiple tasks, meet tight timelines and focus on high-quality outcomes. Success will be measured not in how fast you can answer customer inquiries, but in how satisfied customers are with help you provide them. No one day will be like another.
