Responsible for supporting shared service capabilities to include: data collection and analytics, process definition/improvement, training, system configuration and determining business requirements to improve operations.
Execute implementation project tasks including go-live preparation, testing, training, process/system rollouts, communication, reporting/analytics and post-implementation support.
Measure and track performance and value to Wajax, collecting and analyzing data from multiple sources.
Support management on data analysis, reporting and presentation preparation.
Support the development and delivery of training, focusing on customer and branch satisfaction, technology platforms, processes, service excellence and operational efficiency; may include coordination with other teams in Wajax.
Help drive continuous process improvement in the Centre's with respect to people, process and technology.
Identifying areas of opportunity to drive CSC operational efficiency and talent effectiveness through management of support services for CSC execution teams.
Provide expertise and manage processes for the exchange of knowledge and information, based on new trends/software.
Monitor calls and processes for training and QA purposes.
Education: Post secondary education, college diploma or university degree.
Work Experience: 1-3 years
Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Experience in project management/coordination, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, knowledge of support/contact centre technology an asset.
