As a Customer Service Sales Associate, you are working both in the store and in the Lumber Yard area. You are also driving deliveries to our valued customers. You are helping customers build decks, fix leaky faucets, choose paint colours, and walk out feeling confident about their projects. You’ll be the first and last point of contact, making sure each person has a truly great shopping experience.

What You Bring!
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- A genuine desire to help people solve problems
- Technical Know‑How Comfortable troubleshooting basic computer or debit terminal issues
- Solid building material knowledge
- Have led your own DIY projects and possess knowledge in either plumbing, electrical, and building material
- Clean driver's abstract
- Retail experience a strong asset
- Great at finding answers through teamwork, suppliers, or online research Initiative‑driven—you like to figure things out!
What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving)!
- Customer Service Excellence Greet customers like neighbours—because they are!
- Walk customers to the product— (we don’t point we partner).
- Explain features, benefits, and options to help make best choice
- Support and cross-train in multiple departments including Cash, Paint, and Building materials and delivering our products
