Contract Part time Maintenance Worker – The Academy
Annapolis County Condominium Corporation #6, Annapolis Royal, NS
The Academy, the old Annapolis Royal high school repurposed in 2018 as condominiums, is looking for a part time Maintenance Worker . The Maintenance Worker takes care of the daily upkeep and maintenance of The Academy. Tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Keeping common areas clean and refuse free
- Ensuring timely snow removal of walkways, and summer ground maintenance
- Ensuring property is safe and secure for owners and residents, eg ensuring machinery, equipment, electrical, mechanical and fire systems are maintained and running well.
- General Maintenance as directed
- Hours and remuneration to be negotiated
Experience as an effective handyperson. Bondable with police and vulnerable persons checks will be required, as well as NS Driver’s License Class 5 and access to a vehicle
