Zero Loss of Time Injuries (LTIs) and visible and demonstrable safety leadership as measured by engagement with ECS and the Active Leadership Audit programme.

Profitability of project through efficient completion of activities, identification of changes or possible changes to scope, time, budget.

Completion of tasks within project budget and time requirements.

Identification of efficiencies in carrying out deliverable related tasks.

Client satisfaction through project communications & engagement, quality of outputs produced to deliver client service excellence.

Future sales through identification of possible change orders and new opportunities.

Project risk should be minimized by compliance with the project plan, PIC sign off of deliverables and the ERM risk management process.

Works with colleagues to inform decision-making and contribute to effective delivery of projects in line with agreed methodologies, procedures and working practices and project priorities.

Operates within the overarching governance requirements of ERM including PiC/PM model and authorization levels.

It is ERM policy that all ERM and ERM Contractor employees have the authority, without fear of reprimand or retaliation to immediately stop any work activity that presents a danger to the site team or the public.
