Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and financial operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in accounting software and bookkeeping, ensuring smooth office functions and accurate financial record-keeping. Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative support and staff coordination
- Oversee accounting functions such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Utilize accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, and Xero to maintain accurate financial records
- Perform bank reconciliations and account analysis to ensure financial accuracy
- Handle payroll processing and related documentation with precision
- Maintain organized bookkeeping records and ensure compliance with company policies
- Assist in budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Support vendor relationships and manage invoice processing
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and audit requirements
Experience
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on accounting functions
- Strong proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated knowledge of bookkeeping, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation processes
- Experience with account analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
