ProSolutions Sales Representatives drive revenue within their designated territory by developing and nurturing business relationships and providing customer focused solutions to our customers along with uncovering new opportunities. They are subject matter experts and consultants of our fleet of pumps, generators, power distribution, and HVAC including Heat, AC, Chillers, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers. The Sales representative’s goal is to maximize revenue for the branch and the company.
Responsibilities**
- Increase sales and branch revenue
- Establishing new rental and sales accounts through cold calling and personal visits to potential customer sites
- Develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research accounts and generate sales leads
- Attend meeting, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
**Requirements:
· Must have knowledge of pumps, generators and HVAC including heat, AC, Chillers and Dehumidifiers
· Proven revenue growth experience within a territory over several years
· Track record of over-achieving quota
· Proficient with computers
· Exceptional organizations skills
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and driven
**Educational Background:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related industry/field preferred
Conditions of Employment:
· 3-5 years’ experience in generators, remediation, or restoration in an outside sales capacity
· Valid Driver’s License with Clean Driving Record
