This role is ideal for a professional driver who can ensure the safe and timely transportation of employees, clients, documents, and office materials while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and vehicle care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport employees, clients, and visitors to assigned destinations.
- Deliver and collect important documents, office supplies, and business materials.
- Plan efficient travel routes to ensure timely arrivals and deliveries.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair requirements.
- Keep the company vehicle clean, fueled, and in excellent working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Comply with all traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with loading and unloading office materials when required.
- Support general office operations and administrative tasks during non-driving hours.
Requirements:
- Valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience.
- Good knowledge of Toronto roads, traffic regulations, and navigation systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professionalism.
