```Duties:```
- Provide direct patient care in a LTC.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and symptoms.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens for testing.
- Assist with case management and coordination of patient care.
- Utilize electronic medical record systems, such as Cerner, to document patient information accurately.
```Qualifications:```
- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience in providing patient care in LTC.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration practices and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Experience in dementia care is a plus.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
