Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products, ensuring a DELIGHTFUL shopping experience
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Utilize sales techniques to promote products and achieve sales targets
- Operate point-of-sale system accurately to process transactions efficiently and maintain cash handling procedures
- Perform merchandising tasks such as organizing displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product visibility aligns with brand standards
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to enhance the shopping experience.
- Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships and meeting customer needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures
- Proactive team member who sees what needs to be done and can pivot between helping customers and keeping the store looking beautiful
- A can-do attitude with the ability to keep several plates spinning at once without losing your smile
- Strong organizational skills to manage, restock, and merchandise inventory effectively
- Comfortable balancing customer service with tasks such as inventory processing and shelf restocking during quiet moments
- Ability to shift focus quickly between different tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; able to maintain accuracy while handling various responsibilities
