QNAP Canada (QCA) is expanding its local team and looking for a driven, hands-on professional to lead our eCommerce operations and marketing initiatives.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented eCommerce & Marketing Manager to oversee QNAP’s Amazon reseller channels and direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce operations in Canada. This role also plays a key part in supporting and executing QNAP Canada’s overall marketing strategy.
The ideal candidate combines strong marketplace management experience (especially Amazon), digital marketing knowledge, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Management
- Manage and optimize QNAP’s presence on Amazon (reseller channels), including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content
- Coordinate with resellers and partners to ensure brand consistency and sales performance
- Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, and marketplace analytics to drive growth
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, SEO rankings, and customer experience
Direct eCommerce (DTC) Operations
- Support and manage QNAP’s direct online sales channels (e.g., Shopify or equivalent platforms)
- Oversee website content, product pages, and campaign execution
- Collaborate with global teams on product launches, pricing, and promotions
- Ensure smooth order flow, customer experience, and operational efficiency
Marketing & Brand Support (QCA)
- Support execution of QNAP Canada’s marketing strategy across digital channels
- Plan and execute campaigns including email marketing, paid ads, and social media
- Coordinate with HQ and regional teams on marketing assets and messaging
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and partner marketing initiatives
- Track and report on campaign performance and ROI
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace management
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central is highly preferred
- Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese/Mandarin is a strong asset)
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Experience in consumer electronics, IT, or tech industry
- Familiarity with Canadian retail/eCommerce landscape
- Experience working with distributors or reseller networks

Pay:
Base salary: CA$60,000.00 - CA$80,000.00 per year
Bonus: Performance-based
