TCA – Field Crew Position
About TCA
TCA provides professional services to the Agricultural, Commercial, and Oil & Gas industries, specializing in liner installation for dugouts, lagoons, and secondary containment systems.
We are looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our field crew. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is comfortable in a physically demanding environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to take initiative
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
- Willingness to travel and work out of town as required
- H2S and First Aid certification are considered an asset
- Previous skid steer or telehandler experience is an asset, but not required
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, safety-minded, hardworking, and willing to learn. Experience in construction, agriculture, oil & gas, or related field work is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person.
