Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your ability to communicate clearly and analyze information will be essential in providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone systems and email, providing accurate information regarding tours.
- Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of tour guides and customers.
- Preparation of daily work orders for services.
- Maintain vehicle operator work records using computerized or manual methods and ensure time sheets and payroll summaries are completed accurately
- Administration of all the resources and staff in the transportation department.
- Constant communication with the RRHH department to control hours and services assigned to the tour-guides.
- Accounting on all the summary reports for the hours sold daily and weekly.
- Control of the reservations department for our sightseeing division.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to address customer concerns.
Skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Ability to type efficiently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong attention to detail.
- Spanish is an asset.
