Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Restoration Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Duties
- Perform cleaning and debris removal to prepare sites for restoration work
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively
- Assist with structural repairs and reconstruction tasks as needed
- Use specialized restoration techniques to mitigate damage and restore property integrity
- Document work progress and communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment throughout projects
- Assist in mold remediation, water extraction, and drying processes as required
- Support project timelines by efficiently completing assigned tasks
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning, construction, or restoration is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and quality assurance
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- WRT Certification
- Spanish speaking an asset
- IICRC Certifications an asset
- Willing to work after hours when required
- able to lift 50Lbs
- Clean driving record a must
- Clean police check a must

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
