Plan operations and dispatch crews to perform snow removal activities across several commercial sites simultaneously.

Oversee snow removal operations to ensure they meet our internal standards and client expectations.

Visit sites during or after snow removal operations to visually inspect service quality and site conditions.

Create and update tickets and purchase orders in our snow removal system.

Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Coordinate with Account Managers and provide clear, consistent, documented feedback to management.

Participate in contract reviews and the year-end review.

3+ years of experience managing teams of at least 20 employees in landscaping, snow removal, or construction. Experience managing large-scale operations in other industries may also be considered.

Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate a strong commitment to the role.

Very good communication skills.

Bilingual French and English is an asset.

Very good organizational skills, with the ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Functional knowledge of computers and software applications.

Valid provincial driver’s licence with a driving record acceptable to the company is required.

Seasonal contract with defined start and end dates.
-
Company vehicle provided for the duration of the contract.
