Webware.io is hiring a Client Onboarding Coordinator to help launch websites and digital marketing campaigns for businesses across North America.
You’ll guide clients from kickoff to website launch, coordinate with our design and development teams, and help create an exceptional onboarding experience before transitioning clients to their long-term Account Manager.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading kickoff and discovery calls with new clients
- Coordinating website launches with internal teams
- Managing timelines and keeping projects on track
- Supporting clients throughout the onboarding process
- Reviewing websites before launch to ensure quality
- Helping create a smooth transition to the Account Management team
You’ll work closely with Sales, Design, Development, and Customer Success teams while gaining hands-on experience in digital marketing, project coordination, and AI-powered workflows.

- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work hybrid from our Toronto office
Nice to Have
- Customer service or client-facing experience
- Interest in marketing, websites, or digital technology
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT
- Experience coordinating projects, teams, or events
