Property Maintenance Detail Technician
Lawn 'N' Order Custom Landscapes is seeking a Property Maintenance Detail Technician to help maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of residential and commercial properties throughout the season.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in the details and enjoys seeing a property transformed from good to great. While our lawn maintenance crews focus on mowing and routine maintenance, the Property Maintenance Detail Technician is responsible for the finishing touches that elevate the appearance of a property.
Responsibilities:
- Detailed trimming around buildings, signs, fences, trees, and landscape features
- Weed control in landscape beds, rock areas, fence lines, and hardscape edges
- Property inspections and identification of maintenance concerns
- Debris, litter, and organic material removal
- Light garden and landscape maintenance as required
- Pruning and cleanup of overgrown vegetation
- Touch-up work missed during routine maintenance visits
- Assisting maintenance crews during peak periods
- Operating lawn and landscape equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a professional appearance and positive attitude on client properties
Qualifications:
- Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, lawn care, or property maintenance is an asset
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to perform physical outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Valid driver's licence is considered an asset
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
