Job Purpose (Job Summary):
We�re seeking an Advanced Communications Analyst to join a fast-paced, high performing team to manage our internal communications. You will promote a positive brand and control the dissemination of information on our department�s behalf. Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong communications specialist. Experience in senior stakeholder communications and change management are important qualities too. Your enthusiasm and positive attitude will help you gain the trust of colleagues and stakeholders parties alike.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:
Develop effective communication strategies in support of various Engineering Strategic initiatives
Creates and manages internal content about the organization, including but not limited to key messaging, reports, speaking points, blog posts, service descriptions, etc.
Develop dashboards, program report outs and decks for executive reporting and meetings
Ability to present findings to an audience of senior Tech and Business Executives
Experience building consensus on the nature of current state issues or challenges through collaboration across multiple functional teams
Gather and analyze large volumes of information expeditiously
Experience in the development of compelling, insightful recommendations or insights
Clear and concise verbal and written communication at the executive level
Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and processes
Owns and oversee the collaboration infrastructure across department leveraging SharePoint, MS Teams, etc.
Curate and create content for Departmental intranet site
Foster relationships with advocates and key persons
Develop technology implementation announcements/communication to end users.
Assist in developing end user training artifacts, newsletters, monitor and provide communications to the technology champion�s network
Act as a liaison and analyst to help improve user adoption of new technologies, and make it easy for users to understand and use in the most effective way possible.
Create quick tip training videos
Develop and analyze surveys (what worked in the communication and what didn�t)
Craft communications for system upgrade/implementations
Help develop and manage FAQs, How to Guide, and Quick Tips
Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus

Work Experience / Knowledge:
5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management/Communication for project implementation
Solid understanding of project management principles
Photo and video-editing software knowledge is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Visio
Proficient with SharePoint Administration
Use of video scribe/animation tools a plus
Experience using Microsoft PowerBI a plus
Self-motivated. Capable of working with little or no supervision

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:
Excellent verbal skills (must be capable of communicating clearly and effectively to senior business users, IT management and internal team members)
Excellent written skills (including ability to produce process flowcharting, requirements, project plans, and formal business solution documents)
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, both verbally and written.
Careful exercise of discretion is critical as this position requires review of sensitive material/information

Bachelor�s Degree is preferred or commensurate relevant work experience
Preferred Areas Of Study: Communication, Graphic Design, Prosci Change Management, Certification, Business Analyst Certification
