Senior Associate, Total Wealth Solutions
How does the role impact the organization?
The Senior Associate, Total Wealth Solutions is an integral member of our Total Wealth Solutions (TWS) team dedicated to supporting the delivery of service excellence to our RJL advisors and their clients. This role will be responsible for supporting the delivery of key reporting and strategic objectives of the TWS team.
Reporting to the Head of Insurance and Financial Planning Solutions, the Senior Analyst, Total Wealth Solutions is a key member of the TWS team supporting key initiatives and activities to support delivery of services and solutions by our team of specialists and business units including Solus Trust Company, Financial Planning and Insurance Solutions. The successful candidate possesses initiative, is detail oriented with strong organizational and technology skills, and the ability to multi-task and work collaboratively within the greater RJL organization.
Position Responsibilities
- Analyzes and interprets from a quantitative and qualitative perspective data generated by our internal CRM platforms; Microsoft Dynamics, TNet and Equisoft/Microsoft Dynamics and identify the necessary reporting required for team and the respective business groups goals, KPIs and enterprise-wide reporting.
- Works collaboratively with RJL IT and internal partners to develop reporting to support TWS team metrics.
- Identifies and recommends best practices to the TWS business groups on key data metrics within our CRMs to ensure efficient and accurate input of data by the TWS business group specialists.
- Develops and produces quarterly and annual reporting for RJL and Solus Trust Boards and Leadership teams.
- Maintains and manages third party relationships including invoicing as required for TWS business groups in collaboration with RJL IT and Finance teams.
- Develops and oversees the administrative and operational support processes as required within the TWS business groups.
- Supports and contributes to key initiatives related to strategic priorities for the TWS business groups including the review and monitoring of KPIs.
- Organizes the onboarding of new members of the TWS business groups, including but not limited to: RJL systems including HR employee onboarding programs.
- Develops and maintains TWS initial two-week calendar supported by peer training/ introductions, training of key RJL and TWS software, and team processes. Includes collaboration with HR, Compliance and TWS teams.
- Ensures the ongoing review and maintenance of TWS RJNet pages and collaboration with RJL IT, CC&M and HR Training and Development teams.
- Supports the review and oversight of TWS thought leadership content, webinar processes and calendar, to ensure timely delivery and co-ordination. Includes collaboration with Compliance and CCM.
- Represents the TWS teams needs as required at NBC and PM conferences.
- Co-ordinates TWS content along with third party providers from a primary purpose/compliance requirement. Maintain relationships with third party National Account Managers as it relates to sponsorship/ required content.
- Other duties as assigned.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements
- College diploma or University degree with a focus on business and/or finance.
- Ten+ years of financial services industry, including planning and supporting solutions based business units.
Licenses/Certifications
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation is an asset.
- Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) and/or Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®) designation is an asset.
Travel
- Occasional travel may be required.

Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) $73,000-80,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.
