We are currently looking to hire an experienced, skilled, and motivated Building Maintenance Handyman to join our Casa Loma team.
Successful candidate must:
- Have 3+ years of experience as Handyman
- Have a proven work experience in the field with a focus on activities i.e. drywalling, plastering, painting, staining, flooring, framing, lighting, carpentry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, insulating, finishing, trimming, and casing etc.
- Be able to drive scissor lift, articulating boom, skid steer
- Be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Reliability and dependability reflected in strong communication skills and work ethic.
- Be familiar with building maintenance, air filters, plugged drains, inspect boilers, HVAC Units and best practices for safety consciousness.
- Driver's license with a clean record is an asset
- Must be able to squat, bend over, kneel, and lift heavy objects (50 lbs or more) as required
- Must be available to workdays, evenings, and weekends
- Must be able to legally work in Canada
