We are expanding and looking for a sharp, reliable, and hardworking Garage Floor Technician to join our elite team. If you’re mechanically inclined, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in a flawless finish, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Mixing and Applying polyaspartic coatings & flake for flawless finishes
- Working in a fast-paced, high-performance team environment
- Teaching and Training upcoming Epoxy Floor Technicians.
- Providing top-tier customer service and job site cleanliness
- Surface preparation: grinding, patching, and cleaning concrete floors
- Operate grinders, vacuums, and other application equipment
- Maintain high-quality work & customer satisfaction
Who We Want:
- Positive, punctual, hardworking individuals with a willingness to learn
- Strong leaders that can supervise and run a crew of people.
- Experience in coatings, painting, or construction is a plus and highly desirable
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow detailed instructions
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable with physical labor. (Ability to lift 50+ lbs & on your feet all day)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (Clean Driver's abstract required)
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
