- Connect with warm, inbound prospects who are already looking for coverage — no cold prospecting, no buying your own leads
- Guide clients through simplified-issue life insurance options that fit their situation, often issuing coverage in a single conversation
- Manage your pipeline end-to-end inside Oneday Pro, our proprietary sales platform built to remove friction and help you move faster
- Hit (and beat) monthly and quarterly targets — and get rewarded for it
- Deliver an honest, consultative experience that earns trust and referrals

What we're looking for
- An active LLQP license (or willingness to obtain one before start - let us know where you stand)
- Proven sales ability - life insurance experience is a strong asset, but we'll consider sharp closers from adjacent fields
- Comfort working leads by phone and digitally, with the discipline to manage a high-volume pipeline
- A self-starter who thrives in a remote, results-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to do right by clients
