QUALIFICATIONS
- Retail Sales, Customer Service, Restaurant, Hospitality, Insurance, or Healthcare Proven Experience.
- 2+ years Automotive Service Advisor Experience Preferred
- Strong Comfort Level With Robust Enterprise Software and Computer Systems for Business Use.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills (both in person and over the phone).
- A Disciplined, Self-motivated Mindset With a Genuine Desire to Help People.
- Valid Driver's License With a Clean Driving Record.
- High School Diploma or GED
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience: Welcome every customer professionally, document vehicle concerns accurately and consistently achieve high customer satisfaction.
Manage Repair Orders: Prepare accurate repair orders, obtain customer authorizations, and ensure all documentation is complete and error-free.
Communicate Clearly: Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with timely updates, clear explanations, and accurate estimates.
Present Service Recommendations: Explain maintenance and repair needs honestly, helping customers make informed decisions while meeting service sales goals.
Coordinate Repairs: Work closely with technicians and the parts department to ensure efficient workflow and on-time vehicle delivery.
Build Customer Relationships: Complete follow-up communication, schedule future maintenance, and create loyal, repeat customers.
Stay Organized & Improve: Manage multiple priorities efficiently while participating in ongoing dealership and manufacturer training.
