Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems
- Inspect HVAC systems and their components for potential issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system problems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions
- Comply with all safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification or associate degree in HVAC or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and components
- Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings
- Proficient in using tools and equipment related to HVAC work
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
Skills:
