About the Role
We're hiring a Crew Lead to run a field crew and deliver premium exterior cleaning service for Pristine Exterior Cleaning. You'll lead a 2 person team on residential and light commercial jobs, keep quality high, drive efficiency and represent the brand professionally on every property.
This is a performance role — you own the pace, the quality, the culture and the results.
Seasonal position: Mid-April through December 1.

Responsibilities
Leadership & Production
- Lead daily jobsite execution: plan the day, assign tasks, set the pace and keep the crew on track.
- Train and coach technicians on safety, quality and efficiency.
- Hold yourself and your crew to a high standard: punctual, respectful, zero drama, solutions-first.
- Conduct final walk-throughs and ensure every customer is satisfied before leaving.
Service Delivery
Perform and oversee services such as:
- Window cleaning (interior/exterior)
- Screen cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and downspout flushing
- House washing / Soft washing
- Pressure washing (decks, docks, boathouses etc.)
- Protect customers property at all times: siding, fixtures, landscaping, personal belongings
- Handle on-site problem solving (access issues, weather adjustments, add-ons).
Customer Experience:
- Communicate clearly with homeowners: arrival, scope, expectations and completion.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and calmly.
- Ask for reviews when appropriate and identify upsell opportunities (only if it helps the customer).
Systems & Accountability:
- Use our CRM and job checklists to confirm scope, log completion and flag issues.
- Track materials and equipment needs; report breakage or repairs early.
- Keep the truck/trailer organized, stocked and presentable at all times.

Who You Are
We hire for attitude and character — we train for skill. That said, for this role we do need someone who's led people before.
- Proven experience leading a crew (exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, trades or similar).
- Strong communicator with both crew members and customers.
- Comfortable working outdoors, at heights and on extension ladders.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physically capable: lifting 50+ lbs, repetitive movement, full days on your feet.
- Hard-working, hungry and humble.
- Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Must be bondable (clean criminal record required).
You'll Stand Out If...
- Window cleaning, soft wash or pressure wash experience.
- Fall arrest / working at heights certification.
- Experience with route planning or job pacing.
- Comfortable identifying upsell opportunities (without being pushy).

- Crew completes 2–4 jobs per day efficiently and within time budget.
