We’re looking for motivated diesel truck and engine enthusiasts—no matter your current skill level. Entry-level Assembly roles start at $25/hr, with the opportunity to earn up to $50/hr within 12–18 months as you learn and master each stage of the process.
We reward hard work with weekly production bonuses that can add $5–$10/hr based on quality and efficiency.
At DFC Diesel, we pride ourselves on top-tier quality—and that starts with our team. We want individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, efficient, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment. This is a non-union, merit-based workplace where effort and performance are recognized and rewarded.
Our top expectation: every part leaving your department must be clean, precise, and meet DFC’s quality standards. If you care about doing your best and want room to grow, we want to hear from you.
