Equipment Operators, FTTH
Chemco is seeking experienced Equipment Operators to support the installation of underground infrastructure for fibre optic and associated distribution components for connection of residential and business.
What You’ll Do
- Adhere to company policies and ensuring safety is priority
- Drive to and from work locations to perform daily tasks
- Operate vehicles and equipment in a safe manner, always adhering to company policies
- Utilize hand tools and powered tools
- Maintain vehicles and equipment
- Work around heavy equipment in congested neighborhood settings
- Abide by local municipality, client and company polices for working on street in residential areas
What We’re Looking For
- Available to work out of town
- Maintain a valid drivers license
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to work with a group or independently
- Valid CSTS / WHMIS
- Valid Ground Disturbance Level 2
Employment Details
Location: Powerview-Pine Falls, Point du Bois, Bissett, Lac du Bonnet, and Alexander, Manitoba areas.
Job Type: Full-time seasonal work.
Schedule: Weekend and night work may be required during the build season.
Compensation: Pay will be based on experience, qualifications, and project requirements.
