My Top Drawer is an independent lingerie boutique chain voted the Best in Canada. We are now looking for our perfect fit at our Etobicoke location. We are seeking an honest, customer driven lingerie sales associate with a strong work ethic and great people skills. An appreciation of fine garments is an asset as our products are fashionable as well as functional. We are willing to train the candidate with great personal skills to join our winning team . Previous knowledge of the lingerie business is an asset. If you are a quick study and enjoy empowering women to look and feel their very best we would be happy to hear from you.
Responsibilities
' Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the perfect fit.
- Greeting and engaging with clients
- measure, assess and fit clients in foundation garments and swimwear
- ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service skills
- build client relationships with the My Top Drawer Brand
- continue with ongoing product knowledge to help provide best advice for guests
- locating and 'picking' of items for transfer to our other locations and website
- maintain visual merchandising and general store appearance
- sort and replenish garments
- meet sales goals
Requirements

.able to lift 5 lbs.
.able to use a 2 step ladder
.able to stand for periods of time on the sales floor
