We're looking for a highly motivated and results driven Lead Generator to join the sales team for One Solution Payments. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our growth by identifying, qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities for our cutting edge POS ( Point-Of-Sale) and payment processing solutions. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting and Lead Identification: Research, identify and target potential clients 9 business of all sizes in relevant sectors that would benefit from our offerings

Outbound Communication : Conduct High volume outbound calls to introduce our products and generate interest

Lead Qualification : Thoroughly qualify leads based on set criteria ( business needs, budget, authority, timeline) to ensure they are a good fit for our solutions effectively moving them through the sales funnel.

Appointment Setting : Successfully schedule product demonstrations and discovery meetings for the account Executive team

CRM Management: Accurately log , update and manage all lead and prospect activity in the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Collaboration : Work closely with the Statement Representatives and Account Executives to develop targeted strategies and ensure a smooth handover of qualified opportunities

Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualified appointments
Qualifications
Required
-
1+years of experience in lead generation, business development or inside sales, preferably within the FinTech, POS or Merchant Services industry

Proven ability to cold call and build rapport with potential clients quickly and professionally

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: articulate and persuasive phone presence

Highly organized, self motivated and goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed

Knowledge of various POS systems and payment processing terminology
