Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. Duties
- Manage and maintain client accounts, including account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable processes efficiently using accounting software.
- Perform data entry related to customer transactions, payments, and account updates with high accuracy.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or potential issues and resolve them promptly.
- Engage with clients via phone and written communication, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and negotiation skills.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, process payments, and ensure timely account settlements.
- Prepare reports on account status, financial data, and analysis findings for management review.
- Assist in process improvements related to financial services and account management procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting, accounts receivable/payable, or financial services roles.
- Proficiency with accounting software and data entry systems.
- Strong analysis skills with attention to detail for account reconciliation and account analysis tasks.
- Excellent negotiation and customer service skills to effectively manage client relationships.
- Good math skills for accurate calculations and financial data interpretation.
- Effective communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately under deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to analyze multiple accounts simultaneously.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
