Financial Structure: Transparent overhead model designed to reward clinical volume.
- Split: 80/20 base split featuring a graduated overhead reduction tier tied to gross billings (applicable to both LFP and FFS). Exact tier threshold will be provided directly upon inquiry.
Clinical Setup:
- Practice Autonomy: Total freedom to build and tailor your patient panel to align with your specific clinical strengths and areas of interest. No corporate oversight.
- In-House Specialist Support: Optimize workflow and patient care with direct, down-the-hall access to Internal Medicine for longitudinal co-management of complex patients.
- Optimized Charting: Workstations equipped with 34-inch ultra-wide monitors and AI scribe integration to drastically reduce documentation time.
- Patient Roster: Optional patient panel available and marketing for incoming physicians to facilitate immediate LFP empanelment.
- Administrative Support: On-site MOAs backed by a remote MOA team to ensure consistent clinic operations.
- Patient Accessibility: Abundant 2-hour free parking directly outside the clinic and excellent transit access. Additional free dedicated commercial parking within the building if needed.
Clinic Details:
- Boutique 4-exam-room layout. Daily cap of three physicians on-site (two full-time, one part-time GP or specialist) utilizing three fully equipped exam rooms, leaving one overflow room if needed for high-volume patient reviews or procedures.
- Custom architectural buildout (currently under construction) in brand new mixed use building Monaco, White Rock.
- Dedicated physician parking included.
Requirements:
- Active, independent practice license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC).
- Active MSP Billing Number.
- CCFP designation (or equivalent).
- Active CMPA Malpractice Insurance.
