World Class Contracting Ltd. is looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman / Supervisor to support plumbing, gasfitting, and mechanical construction work in Calgary and surrounding areas.
This role suits a well rounded field leader who can run crews, coordinate with project managers and site teams, maintain quality and safety, and keep work moving.
We are looking for someone who understands mechanical construction, can lead tradespeople respectfully, and can help bring structure, accountability, and steady production to active job sites.
Responsibilities::
- Leading plumbing, gasfitting, and mechanical crews
- Coordinating daily labour, materials, tools, and site priorities
- Reviewing drawings and helping plan work sequencing
- Communicating with project managers, site supervisors, other trades, and apprentices
- Supporting safety, quality, productivity, and schedule expectations
- Identifying issues early and helping resolve them professionally
- Mentoring apprentices and maintaining practical field standards- Managing sub trades- Managing budgets
