Our Calgary-based client is looking for a Digital Experience & Content Coordinator to join their team on a contract basis. This is a hands-on, junior-level role ideal for someone who enjoys working across digital content, design, and user experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
You’ll support a small digital team and play a key role in keeping digital channels running smoothly, creating visually engaging assets, and helping bring user journeys to life across web and internal platforms.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to build practical experience across digital production, UX, and analytics, while contributing to a broader organizational transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities
Update and publish content across websites and intranet platforms (SharePoint)
Ensure content meets brand, accessibility, and usability standards
Perform QA checks for accuracy, formatting, and consistency
Coordinate content approvals and maintain version control
Create and update reports, presentations, infographics, and digital assets
Work within a standardized enterprise design system and templates
Support production using Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator)
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to bring concepts to life
Support the translation of user journeys into digital content and designs
Assist with content audits, usability reviews, and continuous improvements
Contribute to enhancing how users interact with digital platforms
Work alongside a UX-focused designer to bring ideas into execution
Compile and maintain monthly digital performance reports
Use tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft analytics
Help track engagement trends and flag opportunities for improvement
Support dashboard updates (in collaboration with external vendors)
Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years of experience in digital media, web/content coordination, graphic design, or communications
Experience working with CMS platforms (SharePoint preferred)
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Word)
Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles
Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with Figma or other design tools
Exposure to organizational change or transformation initiatives (OCM)
Understanding of journey mapping or design thinking
