We are growing and looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help expand our presence throughout Barrie and surrounding areas.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
- Book appointments with business owners and decision-makers.
- Conduct facility walkthroughs and needs assessments.
- Prepare and present customized commercial cleaning proposals.
- Follow Stratus sales processes and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales targets.
- Close new commercial cleaning contracts and generate recurring monthly revenue.
- Identify opportunities for special services and additional revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure a smooth transition for new customers.
- Represent Stratus Clean professionally at all times.

What We're Looking For
- Previous B2B sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and face-to-face sales.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to think independently and solve problems.
- Willingness to learn the commercial cleaning industry.
- Must be able to work from the Barrie office for meetings and administrative responsibilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Day Shift
- Occasional evening or early morning meetings may be required.
