Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, kitchen/lunchrooms, and common areas
- Use cleaning equipment and supplies effectively to ensure all surfaces are sanitized and maintained to high standards
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly to keep them pristine
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper in restrooms and kitchens, as well as replacing 18L water jugs
- Follow safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning tasks for prompt resolution
- Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and ensure all areas are cleaned according to schedule
Qualifications
- Proven custodial experience or background in commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time efficiently
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of commercial cleaning equipment
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
- Excellent communication skills and reliability in completing assigned duties on time
