Job Title: Site Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, with strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise all trades, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Maintain daily project documentation, including site reports, safety logs, and progress photos.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and consultants to resolve site issues and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
- Promote and enforce health and safety standards on-site.
- Oversee materials delivery, site logistics, and quality control.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Experience with commercial projects is a strong asset.
- Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and BC Building Code.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CSTS, WHMIS, and First Aid certifications considered an asset.
Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
