Utilize your experience in program planning and evaluation to support project based solutions to minimize gaps in sharing of clinical information along the continuum of care.
What you’ll do
Consider best practices for an evaluation framework to fill current state and future gaps
Review business and user requirements
Prepare an aligned approach to evaluate technical and clinical evaluation for outcomes to the functional and clinical validation phase of work (including qualitative and quantitative evaluation of outcomes from multiple stakeholder perspectives)
Confirm model/approach for engagement towards a scope expansion
Develop an approach for a limited release ‘first use and evaluation’ project for initial live applications in the community
What you bring
A level of education, training and experience equivalent to an advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Health Services/Policy and/or Program Planning and Evaluation
Experience conducting policy relevant program evaluations and training others to design and implement program evaluations
Ability to lead, support, and act as a resource for the development, design, and implementation of performance measurement activities, conducting analysis, and providing regular feedback and advice, supporting evidence-based decision making and reporting for accountability purposes.
Demonstrate professional excellence in their areas of expertise, excellent writing ability, fluency in English, effective cross-cultural interpersonal skills, and demonstrated ability to resolve work issues with senior level staff.
Must have relevant experience in technical, management, and administrative capacities.
Knowledge of the Primary Care and Community Care sectors of the health care system with knowledge of how these systems are operated in BC and the Lower Mainland.
