Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Residential Maintenance Technician to service properties in Winnipeg . In this independent contractor role, you will perform essential exterior upkeep—including window washing and eaves trough (gutter) cleaning—alongside local residential flyer distribution. including other tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Eaves Trough Cleaning: Clear debris, leaves, and blockages from residential gutters to ensure proper water flow.
- Window Washing: Clean residential windows (interior and exterior) to a high standard.
- Flyer Distribution: Strategically distribute promotional materials and flyers.
- Property Care: Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment while on client properties.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Vehicle: Must have a reliable vehicle to transport yourself, cleaning supplies, and ladders between job sites.
- Cell Phone: Must possess a functional, charged cell phone with data for navigation, client communication, and route tracking.
- Experience: Previous experience in residential maintenance, window cleaning, or general labor is a strong asset. but willing to train.
- Physical Fitness: Must be comfortable working outdoors, lifting heavy equipment, and working on ladders at heights up to 2-3 stories.
- Independent Work Ethic: Proven ability to manage your schedule, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
