Job Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and workstations
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service and the restaurant industry is required (at least 3 years)
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills for calculating bills and making change
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members
Please note, you will need to be able to serve approximately 30 seats on your own, so experience is required!
