Job Description
This position is for 2 full time remote (working from home) customer service agents. Hours of work may vary and shift work is required. The initial 3 week training period will require you to work between 7am-3pm Monday-Friday. In order to successfully qualify for this position you must have a quiet home office space with hard-wired internet (Wi-Fi is not acceptable), and a computer (desktop with 2 screens is preferred).
This is a call centre position where you will provide excellent over-the-phone caller experiences. Providing a first-class caller experience is the hallmark of working for Select Call Centre. We only hire the best at this award winning telephone answering service. To be eligible for consideration you must reside in Alberta and be within the Calgary, Edmonton, or Red Deer areas. Our starting wage is $18.43 hourly plus differentials and bonuses. Other incentives include benefits after 3 months of employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Handle inbound calls, using proper phone etiquette, professionalism and best practices.
· Ensure calls are handled within established metrics – speed of answer and call quality.
· Assess callers' needs to configure the best solutions, through open ended questions and relevant, engaging conversations.
· Provide outstanding service and relevant solutions to our callers.
· Conduct outbound calls to update and confirm information.
· Maintain a complete knowledge of procedures to ensure accuracy in all communications.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE
· You have a high school diploma.
· You have previous customer service experience, preferably in a call centre environment.
· Your ability to communicate clearly and with a smile in your voice is equally matched by your excellent telephone etiquette and professionalism.
· You know your way around a computer and you're comfortable learning new applications and systems.
· Able to type at least 40 wpm.
· You are available to work a variety of shifts .
· Able to sit for extended periods of time.
