Urban Fusion Cleaning is looking for additional cleaners to add to our amazing group who are available Monday - Friday from 8:40am to 4:30pm. We have flexibility to hire depending on your schedule. Minimum 2 days a week. We are a local, ethical small business in Victoria and are seeking cleaning sub contractors to join our vibrant team. Urban Fusion is a modern, and fast paced residential cleaning business that uses natural products only. We work in the greater Victoria area. Our workroom is located near Hillside mall so you must be able to get there and back easily and on time each morning.
Must be hard working, reliable, punctual and in good health. Persons with health conditions that do not allow them to move swiftly, bend and carry a fast pace will not meet the physical criteria needed to clean 3 to 4 houses in a day. We work in pairs for quality control and safety reasons. Must also be energetic, have good boundaries, and be pleasant to be around. Attention to detail and the ability to follow direction is a must.
Applicants with a drivers license and vehicle are preferred but we will consider all applicants if you are the right fit. Must be bondable and willing to go through a criminal record check. We are looking for candidates who have had some cleaning experience. Specifically residential house cleaning but all experience will be considered.
Urban Fusion is working on adopting “ a living wage” model as we go forward as an ethical and conscious company. Wages vary between $22 (training) and 30$ depending on skill and responsibility.
