Vernon Cannabis Store is seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to support our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience at our locations
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys working with people and building strong customer relationships.
- Has experience using retail POS systems.
- Has experience receiving and processing inventory orders.
- Possesses strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Can motivate and support staff in a positive work environment.
- Is passionate about cannabis products and customer education.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operations of the store.
- Support, coach, and lead team members to achieve store goals.
- Provide outstanding customer service and product recommendations.
- Educate customers on cannabis products, consumption methods, and responsible use.
- Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and merchandising.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with cannabis inventory receiving is considered a strong asset.
- Valid Selling it Right certification.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Cannabis industry knowledge is an asset.

Pay: $19.50-$20.50 per hour
